Getting Started

Join a workspace with your invite code or link. Switch between organizations using the tenant switcher on the home screen.

Counting & Barcode Scan

Scan product barcodes to log quantities. The app supports both camera-based scanning and manual entry for items without barcodes.

Bluetooth Scales

Pair AiLink, MASSEC, or kitchen scales via Bluetooth. Weight converts to product units automatically based on your product catalog.

Sync & Offline

Counts sync automatically when connected. You can count offline — data syncs when connectivity returns. Check the sync banner for status.

Roles & Permissions

Owners and Admins manage all sessions. Managers are scoped to assigned venues. Members count existing template items in their own sessions.

Export to ERP

Sessions in Review status can be exported to your ERP system (e.g. Remaris). If an export fails, check the error details and retry from the session screen.

Common questions

You need an invite link or an 8-character join code from your workspace admin. Enter it on the login screen or open the link directly.

Yes. Inventory counts are saved locally and sync to the server when you reconnect. You'll see a sync status banner indicating pending changes.

We support AiLink broadcast scales, MASSEC serial devices, and standard BLE kitchen scales (TOFITTER, EL2). Pair from Profile > Scale Settings.

Move the session to Review, then tap "Accept & Export." The export pushes data to your configured ERP system. You can retry if it fails.

Go to Profile in the mobile app and tap "Delete Account" at the bottom, or email support@onedown.ai from your registered address.
